Apple

Channel Producer

2011 - 2018

At Apple, I was at the forefront of managing day-to-day localization and project coordination for major product launches, including iconic devices like the iPhone and iPad. Collaborating closely with local and global creative teams, I ensured each product campaign was executed flawlessly and effectively supported post-launch.

My role was centered on delivering culturally relevant insights to enhance marketing strategies specifically tailored for the Canadian market. Working hand-in-hand with Partner Marketing Managers, I facilitated the creation of high-quality, print-ready, and digital assets for our channel partners. Leading creative agency teams and nurturing key vendor relationships were pivotal aspects of my position. I also collaborated closely with internal legal and sales teams, guaranteeing compliance and successful campaign rollouts. Additionally, I oversaw the localization and interpretation of Channel Asset Kit guidelines, ensuring smooth communication and alignment among stakeholders and channel partners.

I proudly contributed to several major product launches, including iPhone 4s, iPad 2, iPhone 5, iPad mini, iPad Pro, iPhone 5s and 5c, iPhone 6, Apple Watch, iPhone 6s, iPhone 7, Apple TV, iPhone 7s, iPhone 8, and iPhone X.

Beyond my core responsibilities, I conducted informative seminars on the new San Francisco type family in collaboration with the Geo Marcom team, fostering a deeper understanding and wider adoption of this typeface across various teams and projects.
